Boys Badminton
Another great day for Borrisokane community College Badminton on Wednesday last. Well done to the u14 and u16 teams who represented our school in this years Tipperary League. Excellent performances from all teams especially our u16 team who came out winners.

TY Erasmus +
Our TY Erasmus+ class participated in online Christmas Carols this week with their Include Me partners in Austria, Germany and Spain. Each school sang a carol in our their own language and all schools together sang Jingle Bells.
Safe Pass
Well done to 20 of our TY, LCA, 5th and 6th year students who completed the Safe Pass course this week. Thanks to their tutor Tom Gillespie and Trish in CIF for giving our students this wonderful opportunity.
Dell- IT Development Programme
Thanks to our former student Sophie Knight who is delivering the Junior Achievement Programme to 1st year Business Studies students. It is a great opportunity to link with Dell and look at business opportunities.
U16 Girls Basketball
Our U16 girls were triumphant during the week in their Midlands Plate Basketball Semi Final against St. Farnans Kildare by a scoreline of 78-8.
The girls will now contest the plate final in Jan. Congratulations to all the girls on an incredible display and best of luck in the final.
Parents Association
Thanks to the members of Borrisokane Community College Parent Association who collected €2366.05 Bag Packing in Dunnes Stores. It is a fantastic amount and will be put to good use in the school. Thanks to everyone who donated to this collection and to Dunnes Stores for allowing us to Bag Pack.
